NET Team and Youth Ministry
In September of 2022, we welcomed a Discipleship Team of eight NET Missionaries to St. Joseph and St. Mary. Discipleship Teams offer a unique opportunity that combines the efforts of a parish or school and that of a NET team, in order to enrich Catholic culture and build a community of disciples that have a lasting relationship with Christ. A partnership is formed between a parish/school and NET Ministries, in which they work side-by-side to bring Christ to the community.
We were extremely blessed to have two NET Missionary teams with us. Our first team served during the academic year of 2022-2023, and our second team during the academic year of 2023-2024. They have left a lasting impact on our community and even inspired St. Joseph parishioner, Evan Casabella, to serve as a NET Missionary in 2024-2025.
