We will be reading a novel a quarter (as a class). We will go in depth into the mechanics of what makes a good novel. As a class we will have discussions about plot, themes, and characters. The students will have assignments ranging from chapter quizzes, chapter reviews, character comparisons, which will culminate into a test or book review at the end.
