Before and after school care is available for St. Joseph Catholic School students for a monetary fee. We strive to keep the rates to a minimum to make it cost-effective for families while still covering the school’s expenditures to provide the service. Learn more here.

The school opens at 7:30 am. Students should go to their classroom when they arrive. We say morning prayer at 8:00 am and the school day begins. Students who are not in class by 8:00 am are considered tardy.

Monday - Thursday we begin dismissal at 2:45 pm.  Students who are not picked up by 3:00 pm will be brought to aftercare in the cafeteria and must be signed out from there. After 3:00 pm parents will be charged for aftercare service. On Fridays, we begin dismissal at 1:45 pm. Aftercare begins at 2:00 pm.

Yes, special education services are offered for students in grades K-8. Through a partnership with South Harrison School Corporation we are able to have a dedicated Special Education teacher and Speech Therapist teacher on site based on the needs of our students. 

Yes, through a partnership with South Harrison School Cooperation, our students are able to ride a bus to and from school.
