SJCS Elementary School Vision

Our goal is to educate all students to the highest levels of academic achievement, to enable them to reach and expand their potential, and prepare them for a life with Christ as a constant companion and friend. We foster an enthusiastic, creative community of learners with a curriculum that revolves around voracious reading and writing. Students are encouraged to discuss what they read and apply it to their own life experiences. 

We strive to support this environment by helping the students engage with the Catholic faith, deepen their relationship with Christ, provide solid and challenging instruction, and by pariticpating in the local community by giving to others in need. Our school empowers all students to embrace learning, achieve their personal best, and invites them into a stronger relationship with Christ and the Church. 

Program Information

SJCS provides a community for all students and families. Students are loved and accepted for who they are, but also empowered to grow academically and spiritually. We believe there is only one way to make this world a better place; we must create it through our children! 

SJCS offers mutliple options for tuition assistance through state & local programs. During registration, all assistance options are reviewed. We want the best for our families and work hard to ensure our programs are excellent and affordable!

Educational Curriculum

SJCS instructional staff puts a strong emphasis on high quality classroom instruction. Students are encouraged to develop a love of reading. Research shows when students immerse themselves in reading consistently, they experience success in all subjects.
